Baby of Surekha Gaurav Thorat (Age: 9 day / Female) is admitted in Safalya Hospital for children & critical care center, Nashik from 03-06-2023 under care of Dr. Patil Amit (M.B.DCH, Neonatology) (Reg No:- 3285/09/2009) patient is admitted with history of : Late Preterm (35 Weeks) / Respiratory Distress with ADA with PPHN. During this period baby on O2 requires hospital stay for approximately 12-15 days as per Pediatrician. The condition is critical.
