    Baby of Seema is admitted in Neo Clinic via IPD No – 2314759 from 2nd June 2023. Child is diagnosed as a case of Preterm 30 +4/7 weeks/AGA/VLBW(1.34KG) with Respiratory Distress Syndrome and NNJ.
