    Baby of Ajanesh Bai, Child is admitted in Neo Clinic via IPD No – 2316934 from 23rd November 2023. Child is diagnosed as a case of Term 38 weeks/SGA/LBW with RDS, Respiratory Failure, Left Lung Collapse, Shock, Hypoglycemia, Hypoglycemic Seizure, Naonatal Cholestasis, Enterobacter Sepsis, AKI, Coagulopathy, Thrombocytopenia & left hand skin necrosis.
