Children’s Heart Foundation - About Us
Vision and Mission
Wheelchairs Enable Individuals with Disabilities
Help Disabled to be independent
The Children’s Heart Foundation has undertaken a heartfelt mission to identify individuals with disabilities predominantly residing in low-income communities, where financial constraints often create barriers to accessing essential mobility aids like wheelchairs. Our noble campaign seeks to bridge this gap by providing wheelchairs to those in need, thereby aiming to alleviate the challenges faced by individuals who lack the means to afford this crucial assistance. In doing so, we aspire not only to enhance their mobility but also to eliminate certain obstacles that hinder their daily lives.
Our Goal
Empowering Those in Need: A Mission to Provide Wheelchairs for Individuals with Disabilities

Sponsor a Child Education And Food
With the help of our partnering schools
When you sponsor a child with Children’s Heart Foudation, you not only help the child in need but also transform the lives of children in the community where the sponsored child lives, by ensuring they get access to quality education, proper nutrition, healthcare and protection. Your sponsorship also helps poor and vulnerable communities to build a more enabling context for their children to be protected and cared for.
The way of life is constructed only through education. Getting educated doesn’t just set in the books and pens but the etiquettes we learn and the self-growth that takes place. It ponders us to take matters seriously. If not educated the difference is noticeable without any keen observation. Economic stability roots back to education always.
Benefits of being literate are so much in number whereas the reason to be not doesn’t exist. Discipline, communication guidance, social life and its maintenance, politeness etc. is what a person learns along with the knowledge gained when he/she gets educated. Life turns out to be a boon as one is educated. Poverty eradication takes place only with the help of education.
For any citizen, being educated paves a way for their career and they gain self- reliance. As a whole, the society gets equal benefits and so does the nation.
What is child sponsorship?
When you sponsor a child
- You are sponsoring a child’s education, healthcare and protection, and well-being of the community
- You are not just helping the child go to school but are addressing all the factors that are keeping the child out of it

It’s the season in which we experience so many different things altogether, Winter is all about chilly mornings, early sunsets, warm clothes and cozy rooms.
Well, people who have basic necessities fulfilled can afford warm clothes. But many sleep without having a meal in a day. Probably if they can’t afford a meal, how will they purchase winter wear. This is the situation with thousands in the country.
Children’s Heart Foundation is working on a campaign this winter, to distribute shawls or warm clothes to the needy. The real essence of winter is in helping others. You can help in making other’s lives warmer and bright this winter by donating or volunteering for this wonderful cause!
Future Projects of Children’s Heart Foundation
Zilla Parishad School
Children’s Heart Foundation has been recently working on various projects for the Zilla Parishad School. The non-profit organisation has conducted donation drives, constructed a hall and has distributed snacks to the students lately.
Furthermore, the organisation has upcoming projects where it has planned to improve the infrastructure of the Zilla Parishad School. Projects like painting the walls of the school, reconstructing classrooms which are in poor condition, renovating the areas which are not in a good condition in the school, especially those which are prone to danger for students are planned. Many of the Zilla Parishad Schools don’t have proper washrooms and sanitation facilities, this turns out to be unhygienic for the kids, so construction of washrooms and repairing of those which are not in a condition to be used, is also included in one of the projects of the NGO. These plans are necessary as many Zilla Parishad Schools are now old since many years of construction and haven’t been redeveloped or renovated since then.
Also, the organisation plans on investing in digitalised classrooms. The virtual learning pattern has taken over the chalk-and-talk method of teaching these days, laptops and mobile phones are a necessity in the upcoming years. The NGO has planned on donating electronic devices which help in the E-learning of the students. This will help the students to continue studying not just through books, but also through virtual mediums like videos, pictures and audio books and enhance their knowledge.
Donation to Zilla Parishad School by CHF
Introduction
Children’s Heart Foundation has been helping the Zilla Parishad School in Virar significantly to enhance the facilities provided to the students. The organization has been working on the infrastructure, basic needs and additional facilities for the growth and development of the students academically and overall.
School Hall
Recently, the organization constructed a hall for the students in the school. Halls are must in a school. They are multi-purposeful, they can be used for activities, teacher-training programs, meetings, presentations, and can be converted to a huge classroom as well. Students will benefit from this hall as they can use it for their extra-curricular activities, school programs, and much more.
School Kit and School Uniform
Around 500 students were given school kits which included notebooks & basic school stationery. These kits are beneficial as they provide all the amenities a student needs. Uniforms are the most important when it comes to schooling.
Around 200 students were given uniform. Not all students can afford minimal things like stationery and uniform. These donations have helped many such students in need.
For the teachers and students, 25 chairs were also donated to the school, as chair is one of the simplest, yet a must needed furniture, it will be of good use to the school for sure.
Boards’ games and other game equipment’s were also donated to the school. Games make children healthy, stress-free which led to their overall growth alongside education.
Lastly, the school also distributed snacks & lunch to 100 students. Healthy and wholesome snacks and lunch make the students energetic for the day and contributes to their well-being too.
Donation of Lab Apparatus to Schools
The future is in science. The STEM fields of study are appealing to the next generation. The students frequently select medicine and biotechnology for their higher studies.
The school is where it all begins. Students who are exposed to laboratories and given guidance for various experiments are curious and occasionally even passionate about a certain area of natural science or medicine.
This suggests that students should be encouraged and assisted in discovering their scientific passions, and that they should be given the resources necessary to do so, such as laboratory apparatus, science-based books, etc. The children’s heart foundation is a nonprofit organization that hopes to follow the same path. It intends to donate laboratory equipment to various schools that require it and don’t actually have the money to purchase the materials required for science experiments. By doing this, the organization hopes to inspire students to seek careers in science and technology and to gain an understanding of more than what is covered in the classroom.
Please get in touch with the Organization and offer your support if you would like to promote this excellent educational cause. Since education is the only means to success, your contribution will absolutely be valuable.
